From Software Engineer to Fitness Trainer
I spent over a decade as a software engineer, sedentary and hunched over. As my pockets got fatter, so did some other things. I tried all types of diets and fad workouts but I could never sustain results because I always ended up burnt out, hungry and right back where I started.
I had to make a change.
I put my engineering brain to work and developed a simple system for burning fat and building muscle sustainably that has permanently transformed my body.
